Based on the problem-oriented principle, this project takes the typical social economic system, called supply chain system, as an objective and disturbance environments are also taken as problem background. In addition, theory has been combined with practice so as to study the unique characteristics of the creative product supply chain. The main contents are as follows: ① analysis and measure of risk factirs for disturbance situations in the creative product suppy chain are explored; ② Analysis of complex evolution characteristics in the supply chain network engaging in disruption risks is studied and corresponding resilience strategy is also discussed; ③ coorperation and optimization methods of the supply chain network engaging in conflict risks are developed so as to reveal internal operation mechanism; ④ emergence mechanism of the innovative product supply chain based on system evolution is studied in order to find out inner principle in a random system; ⑤ fashion dress or phone has been selected to testify the effieciency of the proposed metheds in this project. In this project, the objective is to discuss the operation mechanism of supply chain in disturbance environments and reveal inner principles in order to promote the development of suppy chain management. Due to these reasons, this project not only has higher academic value but also has urgent actural demands.
本项目以问题导向为原则,以典型的社会经济系统——供应链系统为研究对象,以扰动环境为问题背景,将理论研究与实际应用相结合,针对创新性产品的独有特征对供应链系统进行前沿性研究。主要内容包括:①融入扰动情境的创新性产品供应链网络风险因素分析;②面向中断风险的供应链网络演化机制及其弹性策略;③面向冲突风险的供应链内部协同与优化方法,揭示其内部运作原理;④基于系统演化思想的创新性产品供应链涌现机制的探讨,发现随机系统的内在规律;⑤选取时装、时尚手机两种创新性产品,对本项目研究得到的理论与方法的有效性进行验证。本项目研究旨在深入探讨扰动环境下供应链系统的运作机制,揭示其内在规律,促进供应链管理研究的深化,推动现代管理科学和系统科学的发展,力图为复杂、不确定系统问题求解提供新的支持,既有较高的学术价值,又有紧迫的实际需求,其重要意义不言而喻。
本项目以多干扰环境为问题背景,以创新产品供应链这样典型的社会经济系统为讨论对象,以理论阐述与实际应用相结合为目标,深入探讨融入扰动情境的供应链网络风险管理问题及供应商、制造商、零售商等集体行为涌现现象的形成机制与作用原理,旨在揭示复杂、不确定系统的内在规律,促进供应链管理和复杂性研究的深入。主要内容包括:①融入扰动情境的创新性产品供应链网络风险因素分析;②面向中断风险的供应链网络演化机制及其弹性策略;③面向冲突风险的供应链内部协同与优化方法,揭示其内部运作原理;④基于系统演化思想的创新性产品供应链涌现机制的探讨,发现随机系统的内在规律;⑤选取时装、时尚手机两种创新性产品,对本项目研究得到的理论与方法的有效性进行验证。依托该项目的支持,在三年研究期限内,严格按照计划安排,对供应链网络建模方法、运作优化机制、风险因素分析等内容进行了系统性研究,发表了13篇学术论文并授权3项国家发明专利,较好的完成了整个项目预期的研究内容和技术攻关难点,相关研究成果在国内外具有一定的影响力。
