As a biomaterials, root canal filling material mineral trioxide aggregates has not only good biocompatibility, but also can promote the regeneration of hard and soft tissues. Studies have shown that, as a root canal filling material, mineral trioxide aggregates has more advantages than other materials. However, currently dental clinical used mineral trioxide aggregates are all important products, and has very expensibe price, this severely hampered its clinical application in China, so the development of domestic mineral trioxide aggregates material is very important. The main ingredient of mineral trioxide aggregates are tricalcium silicate, tricalcium aluminate etc..By conventional preparation methods,it is very difficult to obtain homogeneous and stable performance products. Coprecipitation method is an important process for the preparation of composite oxide ultrafine powders containing two or more metal elements. This project intends to synthesize mineral trioxide aggregates by coprecipitation method, to study and to determine their chemical composition and synthesis technology, and to evaluate the prepared product's physical,mechanical and chemical properties as well as biological properties, lay the foundation for future clinical research applications and domestic production.
根管充填材料三氧化矿物凝聚体作为一种生物材料,不仅具有良好的生物相容性,而且能够促进软硬组织的再生。研究表明,作为根管充填材料,三氧化矿物凝聚体比其他材料更具优越性。然而目前使用的三氧化矿物凝聚体全部依赖于进口,价格极为昂贵,严重的阻碍了其临床应用,因此研制国产三氧化矿物凝聚体材料具有非常重要的意义。 三氧化矿物凝聚体材料的主要成分是硅酸三钙、铝酸三钙等,通过常规的制备方法很难获得成分均匀、性能稳定的产品。共沉淀法是制备含有两种或两种以上金属元素的复合氧化物超细粉体的重要方法。本项目拟通过共沉淀法合成制备三氧化矿物凝聚体材料,研究确定其化学成分及合成工艺,并对所制备产品的主要理化性能和部分生物性能进行评价,为今后产品国产化和临床应用研究奠定基础。
