环渤海地区农业地域类型格局及其优化途径研究

The correct understanding of agricultural region type and its function is not only conducive to the rational utilization of agricultural region type and full exertion of its functions, but also beneficial for national food security and sustainable development of agricultural areas. It is significant to proactively launch the research on the distribution pattern of agricultural region type and its optimization approach. Taking the area along Bohai Rim in China as a case, based on the theory of the geographical system in the man-land relationship, applying remote sensing and GIS, sampling and modeling methods, we construct the method of agricultural region types classification based on SOFM model and the model for agricultural production structure optimization. The study focuses on the partition of agricultural region types and the evaluation of agricultural region functions, the analysis of spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of agricultural region types and functions, the multi-factor influence mechanism and mode of agricultural region types and functions evolution, the scenario simulation and optimal controlling of agricultural region structure, as well as the long-term mechanism and approach for agricultural region multifunctional coordination. The project systematically study on the identification and partition of agricultural region types, influential mechanism of pattern evolution and scientific regulation of agricultural region structure and function. It not only theoretically reveals the difference and mechanism of agricultural region types evolution, but also practically explores the approach and strategy for agriculture regional multifunctional collaboration. The study may contribute to guiding agricultural regional division, strengthening the dominant function, highlighting the geographical value and promoting the coordinated development of all regions.

正确认识农业地域类型及其功能，有利于地域类型的合理利用及其功能的充分发挥，是国家粮食安全与农业和农村可持续发展的基本保障，深入开展农业地域类型及其功能优化研究意义重大。项目以环渤海地区为例，以人地关系地域系统理论为指导，通过集成遥感与GIS、系统分析、抽样调查和模型评价方法，构建农业地域类型划分模型、农业地域结构优化模型，重点研究农业地域类型的划分与主体功能定位，定量评判农业地域类型及其功能的空间格局与演变过程，科学诊断农业地域类型及其功能演变的驱动机制，进而围绕区域主体功能定位优化农业地域结构，并提出农业地域多功能统筹的途径与策略。项目突出建立农业地域类型划分、动态格局、影响机制和科学调控技术体系。在理论上揭示农业地域类型及其功能演变的格局与机制，在实践上探索农业地域结构与功能优化的途径与策略，为科学引导地区分工、强化主导功能、凸显地域价值和促进区域协调发展提供依据。

正确认识农业地域类型及其功能，有利于地域类型的合理利用及其功能的充分发挥，是国家粮食安全与农业和农村可持续发展的基本保障，深入开展农业地域类型及其功能优化研究意义重大。围绕课题设计的研究方案和技术路线，项目以环渤海地区为例开展了十项工作：明确了农业地域系统理论范畴，构建了理论分析框架；识别了县域农业地域类型，划分了农业地域类型区并分析了各类型区基本特征；识别不同地区农业功能类型，划分了农业地域功能区并分析了各功能区基本特征及发展导向；进行了农业综合分区，揭示了不同区域分布规律并明确了发展方向；构建了农业地域功能时空差异分析模型，揭示了农业地域类型及其功能的演化过程及规律；筛选出了农业地域类型及其功能形成演化的关键因素，剖析了农业系统内部要素驱动功能演化的典型路径；定量分析了农业地域功能与工业化、城镇化、区域政策、城镇居民需求等外部因素的互动关系，识别了各因子的作用方式与影响程度；基于典型案例，对比分析了环渤海农业地域功能演化的驱动力组合、作用方式、作用路径和阶段性特征；构建了农业地域结构优化模型，对典型案例区进行了模拟分析并提出了优化路径；提出了凸显区域特色的农业地域多功能统筹方案。围绕研究内容，先后发表学术论文9篇，其中被SCI/SSCI收录5篇，形成了一份《环渤海地区农业地域类型格局及其优化途径》高质量研究报告，拟在科学出版社出版。本项目在理论上揭示农业地域类型及其功能演变的格局与机制，在实践上探索农业地域结构与功能优化的途径与策略，为科学引导地区分工、强化主导功能、凸显地域价值和促进区域协调发展提供依据。
