The studies on the mechanism of action of botanical insecticide Celangulin V against some insect pests has been carried out from 1999 to 2002 by means of histological observation, enzymatic analysis and electrophysiological technology. The results showed that Celangulin IV inhibited excitatory conduction of peripheral nervous system. Celangulin IV effected the synthesis, release and reception of glutamate of excitatory neurotransmitter of treated insect nerve-muscular junction so that the insect was narcotized. Most of Na+ channel were closed or disactived, Na+ flowed inward and amplitude of action potential reduced. L-type Ca2+ channel blocked to a certain degree that effected muscular contraction. All these resulted in flaccid paralysis of insects.
采用电生理技术及生化方法研究植物杀虫剂苦皮藤麻醉有效成分对昆虫神经兴奋和肌肉兴奋传导的影响以及相应的作用靶标,阐明其作用机理。其现实意义在于对即将产业化、大面积推广的1。5%苦皮藤素乳油的科学合理使用起指导作用,其深远意义在于此项研究可能发现新的作用靶标,有助于通过“生物生理设计”途径创制新农药。
