泛素样蛋白1（small ubiquitin-like modifier 1,SUMO-1）是我们利用酵母双杂交技术分离的遗传性脊髓小脑型共济失调SCA3/MJD（spinocerebellar ataxia type 3 and Machado-Joseph disease）致病蛋白ataxin-3的相互作用蛋白。本课题拟采用免疫共沉淀、免疫荧光共定位、脉冲追踪、流式细胞术等分子生物学和蛋白质功
