基于预警分析的江苏历史文化村镇遗产保护研究

With the theories of early warning and heritage conservation of historic towns and villages in jiangsu, this subject tried to find scientific methods to predict criticality and the future state of heritage protection, and propose preventive measures.. Firstly，studied on the early warning and heritage conservation of historic towns and villages, formulated the research route with early warning analysis and heritage conservation of historic towns and villages. Secondly, screened Sensitive factors of early warning for historical towns and villages through field investigations in jiangsu. Through the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative research，established mathematical model with rational analysis method,then forecasted the future state of heritage protection,considering the opinions of experts and residents. The precaution system for heritage conservation of historical towns and villages is constructed by five steps as the identification of warning, looking for the source of the warning,analying the signs,the degree of pre-alarm,and handling emergency situation.The conclusion arrived at could provide theoretical and technical support for our country to establish a perfect precaution system of heritage conservation of historical towns and villages.

本课题以江苏省的历史文化村镇遗产保护为切入点，运用预警原理，希望探索出一定的科学方法，可以对于名镇（名村）的遗产保护的未来状态进行预测，预报不正常状态的时空范围和危险程度，并提出防范措施。. 课题首先研究了各领域预警理论与历史文化村镇的遗产保护理论，制定了将预警分析运用历史文化村镇的遗产保护的研究路线；其次，通过对江苏省历史文化名村名镇的实地调研，筛选影响历史文化村镇的遗产保护的敏感要素，通过定性分析与定量研究相结合，以较理性的分析方法建立数学模型进行预测，并考虑专家意见和居民意见确定预警警度及信号，从确定警情、寻找警源、分析警兆、预报警度、排除警情五个步骤探讨构建历史文化村镇遗产保护预警体系；最后提出相应的保护措施及发展对策，进一步探索江苏历史文化村镇遗产保护的新途径。

2015-2017年，按照研究计划，课题组以江苏历史文化村镇为对象，包括国家级历史文化名镇名村和省级历史文化名镇名村，在总结概括历史文化村镇遗产保护理论的基础上，结合历史遗产预警的原理，在以下几方面展开本课题的研究。. （1）对历史文化村镇、预警等及其它相关概念进行梳理和理论研究; 总结并概括国内外的研究现状；（2）结合江苏历史文化村镇遗产保护研究，以江苏历史文化村镇为主要研究对象，重点探讨其空间分布、遗产保护主要内容、代表性历史文化村镇的选择及其主要遗产特征等几方面；（3）构建历史文化村镇遗产保护预警指标体系，在模块层、指标层、参数层确定主要预警指标因子，运用定量与定性的手法推断并修正相应权重值；探讨警情预报排除环节中的概念与方法；建立历史文化村镇遗产保护预警机制：（4）尝试结合实际村镇，选择同里镇、黄桥镇、淳溪镇的历史街巷（河道）空间为切入点，修正预警指标体系，进一步探索江苏历史文化村镇遗产保护的新途径，介于数据来源的繁杂性与不连续性，此阶段尚未形成最终结果。（5）课题组结合历史文化村镇保护理论研究基础，探讨了少数民族传统村落保护，并参与相关历史文化名村规划设计项目。
