企业绿色增长模式与价值链重构研究

Due to business environment changing and new technology developing, which foster emerging businesses and operation models, more and more enterprises are implementing the green growth approach. In such a progress, value chain reconstruction plays the critical role to coordinate 'green' and 'growth'. .In this research, the strategic objective is to improve the native enterprises' ability on innovation and coordination of 'green' and 'growth'. According to enterprises’ ability, motivation, and performance on green growth and value chain reconstruction, this research will analyze the challenges and realistic requirements local enterprises are facing. In addition, by considering current business environment (the new normal of Chinese economy) and technological changes (Internet plus and big data technology, overall process environmental management technology), this research is highly relevant to local enterprises. The major focuses of this research include the followings: the connotative features of enterprises' green growth model and their evolutionary regularities; the overall framework and decision optimization of value chain reconstruction under the enterprise green growth model; driving factors and coordination mechanisms of enterprise green growth model and value chain reconstruction; the approach of elevating performance through green growth and value chain reconstruction; the regulation mechanisms and policy innovations for motivating local enterprises to implement green growth models..The theoretical framework of enterprises’ green growth and value chain reconstruction developed in this research will enrich and improve the research results in this field. Based on China’s national conditions, this research’s results will help local enterprises pursue the transformation of their green growth.

经营环境的新变化、新技术催生的新业态与商业模式要求企业实现绿色增长，价值链重构是实现“绿色”与“增长”协同的重要策略。.以提升本土企业“创新”驱动能力、实现“绿色”与“增长”两者协同为战略目标，以提高企业实施绿色增长模式与价值链重构的能力、动力、绩效为具体目标，围绕本土企业发展所面临的挑战和现实需求，将企业经营环境（经济新常态）与所依赖的技术变化（互联网+大数据技术，全过程环保技术）融合，充分考虑本土企业特征，重点研究：企业绿色增长模式的内涵特征与演变规律，企业绿色增长模式下价值链重构整体框架与决策优化，企业绿色增长模式与价值链重构的驱动因素与协调机制，企业实施绿色增长模式与价值链重构绩效提升路径，促进企业实施绿色增长模式的调控机制与政策创新。.本课题建立的企业绿色增长模式与价值链重构的理论框架，丰富和发展了本领域的研究成果；基于中国情景，对本土企业的研究有利于推动企业增长模式的绿色转型。

项目以提升本土企业“创新”驱动能力、实现“绿色”与“增长”两者协同为战略目标，以提高企业实施绿色增长模式与价值链重构的能力、动力、绩效为具体目标，围绕本土企业发展所面临的挑战和现实需求，将企业经营环境（经济新常态）与所依赖的技术变化（互联网+大数据技术，全过程环保技术）融合，充分考虑本土企业特征，从单个企业、企业上下游合作多个行为主体等角度，从企业整体战略决策和库存、物流、信息、创新等运营决策多个层面，研究了企业绿色增长模式的内涵特征与演变规律，提出和建立企业绿色增长模式的基本理论与原理；明确了企业绿色增长模式价值创造机制以及绿色增长模式下价值链如何重构的问题，提出和建立企业绿色增长模式下价值链重构整体框架与决策优化方法；明确和建立企业绿色增长模式与价值链重构的驱动因素与协调机制；研究并提炼企业实施绿色增长模式与价值链重构的最佳实践与提升路径，为企业实施绿色增长模式与价值链重构绩效改善提供参考；明确和评估当前调控机制与政策现状、提出创新与改进建议，为政府更有效推动企业增长模式的绿色转型提供参考。.本课题建立和发展的企业绿色增长模式与价值链重构的理论体系、运营策略、决策方法，丰富和发展了本领域的研究成果；基于中国情景，对本土企业的研究可助力企业增长模式的绿色转型、推动绿色发展理念的实施。本课题组的研究成果在管理科学学报、POM、EJOR、IEEE TEM等期刊上发表学术论文110余篇，出版专著4部（其中英文专著1部）；其研究成果在企业得到有效应用、助力企业绿色转型，获得了省部级奖励9项；培养了一批从事本领域的高素质人才，其中1人入选国家人才计划，13人获得博士学位；完成了光大国际等国内行业领军企业委托的咨询课题2项，提炼了光大国际和海尔绿色管理方案的案例并在全球传播；向政府部门提交多份决策咨询报告，2份决策报告得到省政府主要领导的正面批示。
