For the purpose of effectively using the limited space in the motor, the subject proposed a multifunctional dual-stator permanent magnet synchronous motor / generator of multi-degrees of freedom, which is used in the flywheel energy storage application. As a composite structure, the rotary motor is successfully integrated with the radial and axial magnetic bearings. In this way, the axial space in the motor is better saved and the realization of the motor's control of the six degrees of freedom is effectively achieved, which will benefit the high-speed operation of the flywheel. The stated motor is constituted by two sets of stator and rotor, both inside and outside. For the outer stator, the rotary motor structure is applied to provide drive torque. And for the inner stator the cylindrical linear motor structure is employed to provide the axial and radial suspension force. In this subject, both theoretical and numerical analysis is carried out about different stator combination and the rotor structure. Additionally the arrangement of armature winding and the suspension winding and the configuration of the driving force and the suspension force are also studied. Furthermore the experimental results are presented. This project has important theoretical and practical significance for the research and development of high-performance integrated flywheel motors. Meanwhile it provides new ideas for other bearingless motors.
本课题从有效利用电机内部空间出发,提出一种飞轮储能用双定子多功能多自由度永磁同步电动/发电机。该复合结构电机集成旋转电机、径向磁轴承和轴向磁轴承于一体,节省了电机的轴向空间,有效实现电机的六自由度控制,利于飞轮电机高速运行。本课题所述电机由内外两套定转子构成。外定子电机采用旋转电机结构,提供驱动转矩;内定子电机采用圆筒形直线电机结构,提供轴向和径向悬浮力。课题对不同定子组合,转子结构形式,电枢绕组和悬浮绕组的排布及驱动力和悬浮力的配置开展理论分析、数值计算和实验研究。本课题的实施,对研究及开发高性能集成化飞轮用电机具有重要的理论意义 和实用价值,并为其它无轴承类电机的研究提供新思路。
