基于云计算的公共信息服务机制研究

As a kind of important society resources, public information resources that are extensive, varied and numerous, are quite difficult to realize unified management and centralized utilization. Meanwhile, users' varied and personalized needs have raised higher standard for public information resources management. It is necessary to use new theory to resolve difficult management of public information resources and underdeveloped social services. And the thought of cloud computing, including virtual pool of resources and distribution according to need, could supply feasible methods for managing public information resources. The project introduced the method of cloud computing to research service mechanism of public information. It mainly consists of three parts as follows: (1)build the basic theoretical system of centralization management of public information resources which are widely available, through researching the theory of pool of resources; (2)explore cloud service system of public information based on understanding mechanism of public information resources management and public information service.(3)research on the evaluation for the capability of public information service based on cloud computingand further promote some useful strategies of public information service. In the above processes, some leading-edge theories, methods and conclusions put forth by the project would guide future practice of public information resources management exploitation and utilization. Consequently, the project is important to theoretical research and application.
