本研究项目出发点是将随机技术引入P2P网络，构造随机P2P网络，以减少查询路由延迟，为Web信息检索（不限于此）提供一个重叠网络基础，并加以分析论证。同时，将研究在此基础上面向Web信息检索的关键技术，重点是研究语义拓扑重构以实施智能查询路由算法及分析，将涉及语义和结构双重信息。要求比当前的相关算法的精确性、效率更高。在研究过程中，密切注意国内外相关领域发展趋势，并在研究中提出相应解决办法。本研究
