北京城市文化空间的形态演进及其动力机制研究

From the city cultural space ontology, based on the elements and spatial recognition of material and non-material cultural carriers of Beijing City , this program research systemly the conditions of development of natural, economic and social conditions of urban cultural form, sort out and study the cultural space of Beijing City,and then establish the standard of Beijing city cultural space classification, analysis from the investigation the subjective perception of the residents according to their cultural life and the objective of the city cultural facilities and activities area, and describe the characteristics of the spatial pattern according to the different types of city culture. We try to set up Chinese urban cultural form and spatial evolvement research framework, construct index system for the urban cultural spatial form evolution , we use historical maps and remote sensing data, analysis the evolution characteristics of Beijing city cultural space combined with the geographic information system technology, the space syntax and fractal technology. Study on the mechanism of the evolution of urban cultural space form from the aspects of historical heritage, residents' perception, industrial demand, event driven and policy guidance. This paper analyzes the interaction between cultural space and urban morphology, and provides theoretical support for urban planning and construction. From the point of the subject, in order to provide different research areas for the study of urban form, enrich the research content and China paradigm; from the perspective of application, for the construction of culture and space orderly and sustainable development of the city Chinese characteristics to provide theoretical support and empirical case.

本项目研究从城市文化空间本体出发，立足北京城市物质和非物质文化载体的组成要素及其空间识别，系统梳理和研究北京城市文化空间形成与发展的自然、经济、社会条件，建立北京城市文化空间类型划分标准，从主观的居民文化生活感知调查和客观的城市文化设施及活动场所数据分析，刻画不同类型的城市文化空间格局特征。建构中国城市文化空间形态演变研究框架，建设形态演进的测度指标体系，利用历史地图和遥感数据，结合地理信息系统技术、空间句法和分形技术分析北京城市文化空间的形态演进特征。从历史传承、居民感知、产业需求、事件驱动、政策引导等方面建构城市文化空间形态演进的动力机制研究。分析文化空间形态与城市形态之间的相互作用关系，为城市规划建设提供理论支撑。从学科角度，以期为城市空间形态研究提供不同的研究领域，丰富其研究内涵和中国范式；从应用角度，为建设文脉传承、空间有序、持续发展的中国特色城市提供理论支撑和实证案例。

自20世纪80年代末、90年代初，文化作为推动国家、地区、城市可持续发展的动力，在全球城市发展进程中的作用得以显现。文化由物质文化、制度文化和精神文化组成。其中，物质文化是文化的重要空间形态，表现在文化设施、文化场所和文化遗产地。项目以北京城市文化空间为研究对象，采集了与城市文化空间相关的地理大数据、城市居民文化活动问卷数据，并整合豆瓣网等网络数据以及历史地图、文献等多源数据，运用空间分析、文本分析、质性分析等多种方法，重点研究北京城市文化空间形态演变。（1）城市文化空间产生与发展的条件。城市文化空间具有5大基本特征，城市文化空间在某种社会条件下，影响人的行为习性的养成，关注隐形文化空间的显性化，引导城市居民行为，建设美好城市。（2）北京城市文化空间的类型与结构特征。呈现显著的圈层结构特征，具有明显的向心性，自2016 年开始，文化设施空间分布出现了由中心向外围扩展的发展趋势。在中心城区内部，文化设施多集聚于居住、办公、商业集聚地区，城市外围地区的文化设施则是呈现出分散式组团结构的特征，在各自的区政府周围集聚，并通过交通干线与主城区形成轴向联系。因城市功能更替，出现了功能转化后的新型文化空间。（3）北京城市文化空间的形态演变特征及其动力机制。建构了“城市文化空间的街巷形态+城市居民文化活动结构特征”的双重形态演变研究框架，北京城市文化空间形态具有历史延续性、山水城巷共生性以及传统文化继承性特征。同时，城市居民文化活动场所与公共文化设施在空间上存在错位现象。（4）城市文化空间与城市形态的作用关系。交通出行方式对城市文化空间和城市形态具有重要影响，文化设施等级与居住区规模和人群文化需求呈正相关，工作地附近的文化设施多为大型公共文化设施，且大型公共文化设施成为居住地与工作地间的重要节点，基于此，建构了文化驱动下的城市空间锚点模型，刻画文化空间与城市形态的作用关系。
