梯度分异视角下土地利用转型与乡村转型发展耦合机理研究——以江苏省为例

In the process of urban-rural transformation and development, the land use transitions and rural transformation development are important features of the evolution of the rural territorial system, the coupling relationship between them presents significant regional differences. This systematic study on the coupling process and interaction mechanism of land use transitions and rural transformation development are under gradient differentiation perspective which is conducive to revealing the inherent law for rural evolution. Taking the Jiangsu Province in the developed region as an example, and employing the guidance of the theory of man-land relationship territorial system, the project takes theoretical coupling analysis framework as a breakthrough, focuses on revealing the coupling process and interaction mechanism under gradient differentiation perspective. Based on the gradient differentiation characteristics of Jiangsu Province, remote sensing and GIS spatial analysis and econometric model analysis methods are used in this study: 1) to conduct a quantitative evaluation system of land use transition degree and rural transformation development degree, to reveal the gradient differentiation characteristics and evolution process of the coupling pattern, to refine the key threshold of coupling evolution and coupling type with the coupling coordination evaluation model. 2) to explore the multi-scale interaction mechanism and core drivers of land use transition and rural transformation development under the gradient differentiation of the land use pattern and the rural development state. 3) to discuss the current coupling problem and mechanism, as well as the differential reconstruction path to optimize the dynamic foundation of rural development. Based on the analysis of the coupled process, the project analyzes the gradient differentiation law of the interaction mechanism between land use transition and rural transformation development. It provides a decision-making basis for the formulation of rural vitalization plan according to local conditions.

城乡转型发展进程中，土地利用转型与乡村转型发展是乡村地域系统演变的重要特征，且二者耦合关系呈现显著的地域差异。系统开展梯度分异视角下土地利用转型和乡村转型发展的耦合过程及互动机理研究有利于揭示乡村演变的内在规律。项目基于江苏省社会经济发展水平的梯度分异，在乡村地域系统理论的指导下，提出土地利用转型与乡村转型发展的耦合分析框架，系统开展梯度分异导向的耦合过程和机理分析。构建土地利用转型度和乡村转型发展度的评价体系，揭示其耦合格局的梯度分异特征和演变过程；建立耦合协调评价模型，提炼耦合演变关键阈值，划分耦合地域类型；基于主导土地利用形态和乡村发展状态耦合的梯度分异，解析多尺度互动作用机理和驱动因素；总结当前的耦合问题及其发生机制，探讨优化乡村发展动力基础的差异化路径。项目以耦合过程分析为基础，系统解析土地利用转型与乡村转型发展互动机理的梯度分异规律，可为因地制宜制定乡村振兴方案提供决策依据。

乡村振兴背景下，科学制定乡村发展战略和适时调控农村土地制度成为促进乡村可持续发展的重要保障。土地利用变化与乡村转型发展密切相关，农村土地制度变革更是推动乡村转型发展的核心动力之一，深入分析土地利用转型与乡村转型发展的互馈关系和演进机理有利于深化乡村发展规律的认识，为科学制定乡村发展战略提供参考。当前，土地利用转型过程与乡村转型发展进程的不协调成为阻碍乡村实现有序发展的关键问题。梯度分异格局下如何依据土地利用与乡村发展耦合的地域特征，因地制宜制定乡村发展战略仍是亟待解决的科学问题。本项目以江苏省社会经济发展水平的南北梯度分异为切入点，在乡村地域系统理论的指导下，按照“理论构建——过程识别——机理剖析——优化重构”的逻辑思维，提出了土地利用转型与乡村转型发展的耦合分析框架，系统开展了梯度分异导向的耦合过程和机理分析；基于全省土地利用矢量数据和社会经济数据，构建了土地利用转型度和乡村转型发展度的评价体系以及耦合协调评价模型，揭示了其耦合格局的梯度分异特征和演变过程；基于主导土地利用形态和乡村发展状态耦合的梯度分异，解析了多尺度互动作用机理和驱动因素；总结了当前的耦合问题及其发生机制，从“效应→路径→策略”出发，探讨了乡村空间治理视角下土地利用转型与乡村转型发展耦合的优化调控策略。研究结果显示，梯度分异格局下土地利用转型与乡村转型发展的耦合格局显著，经济发展程度越高，土地利用与乡村发展的耦合关系越紧密；经济梯度分异导致乡村发展的主导土地利用形态类型差异较大，苏南地区乡村转型发展的土地利用主导形态为乡村工业用地，苏北地区乡村转型发展的土地利用主导形态为宅基地；乡村空间治理视角下强调适时调控土地利用形态，构建城乡要素流动通道，促进“人-地-业”互动协调，从关注物质空间治理拓展到空间价值分配和空间效益优化，深化乡村发展转型。本项目研究成果可在农村土地管理、村庄规划、乡村振兴规划等方面进行应用。
