我国社会化集成物流管理的理论与案例研究

This project focuses on the socialized integrated logistics system that adapt to the situation of our country and enterprise logistics system that adapt to the properties of product-demanding chains. First of all ,the macroscopically guiding function, especially ,the constructing of the policy base and infrastructural facilities and information base of government is very important to construct our national socialized logistic system. When an enterprise is building up it's supply chain that adopt to the product-demanding chain, the mass customization producing and logistic service style will bring the result that the scale economies can bring, and can satisfy the customer's individual demanding. This supply chain have four properties: virtualization, pull-and-push, accuracy, and IT-density. The mass customizing products and procedures can be realized by the standardizing of products differentiated points or the modeling of process reengineering. The integration in logistic process can be observed in the logistic business's integrations, organization structure integration, information integration, standards integration, stimulation mechanism integration, supply chain partnership integration, and so on .
