Membrane-enrichment technology of herbal volatile oil has been proved feasible, green, environmental-friendly, efficient and concise. It can effectively solve such problem as organic solvent residue, so it has exhibited excellent application prospect. However, such volatile oils as Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb oil etc. could be found to bring the corrosive damage to membranes, to lead the membrane enrichment process cannot continue, which hinder the large-scale promotion of this technology seriously. It is urgent to be solved that study on interactions mechanism between volatile oil components and membranes during the enrichment process and preparation of the special corrosion-resistant membranes. But because volatile oil components are complex and present in special forms in oily water, and there exist competitive adsorption or synergistic adsorption on the membrane surface. such factors as molecular weight of composition and membrane material, functional groups and configuration, content and proportion of components, pH and temperature of oily water, oil concentration etc. all affect the mechanism of action. What's more, the interaction between them mixed. In this paper, with the help of molecular simulation and support-vector-machine data mining, by making full use of the mass transfer kinetics theory, the adsorption dynamics theory, surface chemistry and membrane science etc. the interaction laws are explored, on basis of these laws, membrane materials are designed and the basic research of the preparation of special membranes is carried out. It will lay a solid theoretical basis and data support for large-scale industrialization promotion of this technology.
中药挥发油膜富集技术切实可行,高效简洁,绿色环保,有效解决传统技术的有机溶剂残留问题,具有良好应用前景。然而,研究过程中发现丁香油等不少品种对膜有一定腐蚀破坏,使膜富集过程无法进行下去,严重阻碍该技术大规模推广。富集过程中挥发油成分与膜相互作用机制及专属膜制备研究势在必行。由于挥发油成分组成复杂,在水体中存在形式特殊,在膜面存在竞争吸附或协同吸附;组分和膜材料的分子量,功能团和构型,各组分的含量和比例,含油水体的pH和温度,油浓度等因素均对作用机制有影响,且彼此交互作用错杂。本课题拟采用计算机仿真分子模拟和支持向量机数据挖掘技术,充分利用传质动力学理论,吸附动力学理论,表面化学和膜科学等知识,探索相互作用的内在规律,在其指导下,进行膜材料设计和专用膜制备基础研究,为该技术的大规模产业化推广奠定扎实的理论基础和数据支持。
中药挥发油膜富集技术切实可行,高效简洁,绿色环保,有效解决传统技术的有机溶剂残留问题,具有良好的应用前景。然而,研究过程中发现丁香油等不少品种对膜具有一定的腐蚀破坏,使膜富集过程无法进行下去,严重阻碍该技术的大规模推广。富集过程中挥发油成分与膜相互作用机制及专属膜制备研究势在必行。本项目中采用共混法和溶胶-凝胶法来制备PVDF/SiO2有机-无机杂化超滤膜,研究了无机粒子对膜结构和分离性能的影响。以COD脱除率和油通量为指标,比较两种方法制备的PVDF/SiO2杂化膜在分离中药挥发油中的性能,研究结果表明:溶胶-凝胶法所得杂化膜对中药挥发油的COD脱除率比共混法所得杂化膜要低,但油通量却明显大于共混法所得杂化膜。
