Effective antiretroviral therapy (ART) can reduce the chance of infection and improve the quality of life of patients and prolong life, thereby greatly reducing the mortality of PLWH. But the treatment compliance of poor often leads to treatment failure, resistance risk, along with the expansion of treatment and early treatment implementation, how to optimize and evaluate the treatment compliance, to ensure the treatment effect has become a pressing matter of the moment. . This study intends to research and development for the situation of our country's smartphone APP and SMS alert system using single blind analysis due to random control study design and evaluation through in APP+ SMS, pure APP or simple SMS to and incorporated into the receiving antiretroviral treatment for appointment reminders and full interaction can increase the positive population the therapeutic effectiveness and efficiency, appointment went to consultation rate and booking went to consultation rate / (staff work time * the costs of intervention) and influence on curative effect and satisfaction, so as to determine the most cost-effective ways to remind. At the same time, using path analysis method was established to study the possible mechanism of the effect of the intervention. . Our research is expected to optimize the mobile phone APP based AIDS treatment compliance of the intervention strategy to promote precision medicine in the field of AIDS treatment in the field of practice, improve the comprehensive prevention and control effect.
有效的抗逆转录病毒治疗(ART)能减少机会感染发生、改善病人生活质量和延长寿命,从而大幅降低HIV 感染的死亡率。但治疗依从性不佳常常导致治疗失败、耐药风险等,随着扩大治疗、早治疗的施行,如何优化和评估治疗依从性,保障治疗效果成为了燃眉之急。本研究拟研发适合我国国情的智能手机APP和短信提醒系统,运用单盲析因随机对照研究设计,评估通过APP+短信、单纯APP或单纯短信等方式对纳入的接受抗病毒治疗者进行预约提醒和全程互动后,能否增加这些阳性人群治疗效果和效率,即预约赴诊率和预约赴诊率 /(工作人员的工作时间 ×干预成本),及其对治疗效果、满意度等的影响,从而确定最具成本-效益的提醒方式。同时联合路径分析方法,建立因果路径模型,对干预效果的可能机制进行研究。研究的顺利开展有望优化基于手机APP的艾滋病治疗依从性干预策略,促进精准医学在艾滋病治疗干预领域的实践,提高综合防治效果。
