面向产业集群广义制造系统的知识模块化机理研究

As known, industry cluster is one of the important patterns of promoting economic development, and the ability of knowledge management is one of the most important components of enterprise core competitive ability. The research on enabling theory and methodology of industry cluster core competitive ability promoting is one of the pressing tasks in the research field of knowledge management. During the previous research, the knowledge resources demonstrate a high-density cooperating property on a small scale during the process of business problems solving, it is called knowledge modularization. The knowledge modularization is one of the most important knowledge organizing patterns in the process of knowledge playing its innovation value, and plays a crucial role in the core competitive ability of enterprises. However, the research on the mechanism of knowledge modularizing phenomenon is scarce. Furthermore, the phenomenon of knowledge modularization is outstanding in the area of industry clusters. As a result, the conception of industry cluster generalized manufacturing system was put forward, and the idea on studying the phenomenon of knowledge modularization under the environment of industry cluster was presented. The theory and methodology on complex network, statistic model and data dependence analysis were introduced in the project, the operating model and mechanism of knowledge modularization under the environment of industry clusters were studied, a correlation model between knowledge module and business problem solving performance were developed, and a set of characteristics parameters of knowledge module was set up, and a knowledge module based business organizing pattern was constructed from the view of small scale knowledge cooperation. The project broadened the research scope of knowledge management and industry clusters, promoted the research work on the field of knowledge management under the environment of industry cluster. At the same time, the research could offer great reference to the practice of knowledge management.

产业集群是推动经济增长的重要方式，知识管理能力是企业核心竞争力的重要组成，基于知识价值提升产业集群核心竞争力是当前知识管理研究的紧要任务。项目组在研究中发现，在业务问题的解决过程中，知识资源表现出小范围高密度聚集协作的现象，本项目称其为知识模块化。知识模块化是知识资源价值特性发挥的重要形式，对企业核心竞争力的影响至关重要，然而关于知识模块化机理的研究尚不深入。由于知识模块化现象在集群环境更为突出，因而本项目提出产业集群广义制造系统的概念，并提出对集群环境中知识模块化现象进行深入研究的设想，引入复杂网络理论、数据统计模型、相关性分析等理论方法，从局域协作的视角，研究知识模块化的作用机制，建立知识模块与业务绩效的相关性模型及知识模块化特性的评测参数体系，探讨基于知识模块的业务组织新模式。本项目拓宽了知识管理及产业集群研究的视野，推动集群环境下的知识管理研究，对知识管理实践也有重要的参考价值。

企业业务活动的执行实质体现为知识的应用过程。所以业务求解绩效的好坏与知识应用的水平高度相关。相应地，知识离开求解的业务，知识的价值也无从体现。而在知识用于被求解的业务活动时，工作的情境对知识能力的发挥也产生重要的影响，因为使用知识的通常是人，人的工作热情、工作能力会受所处的不同情境，表现出较大的差异性。这也就是知识模块化提出的最主要根源：知识、业务、情境是个面向业务求解的有机整体，一组知识资源、情境及业务的组合就是一个知识模块，一个知识模块就代表着某种业务问题的求解能力。所以知识模块可以作为企业业务能力的基本单元而存在，复杂业务的求解无非是不同知识模块求解单元的逻辑组合而已。本项目研究知识模块求解的内在机理及动力机制问题。在产业集群的广义制造系统这个框架下，研究知识的模块化理论，指导企业如何组建、维护和管理这些知识模块。知识模块拥有的数量及管理的水平，也就决定了企业的创新能力及核心竞争力。本项目提出了知识模块及知识情境的建模方法、揭示了知识模块动态演化的机制、探讨了基于知识模块的业务组织的新模式。这些研究成果有助于丰富知识管理的基础理论，同时对企业的知识管理实践有重要的参考价值。
