清热健脾活血法对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠TLRs/NF-κB通路的干预作用

本研究拟采用RT-PCR、Western blot法检测溃疡性结肠炎大鼠结肠粘膜Toll样受体家族（TLRs）中的TLR2、TLR4的蛋白及mRNA表达水平，采用EMSA及免疫组织化学法检测NF-κB DNA结合活性及NF-κB P65的原位表达，探讨UC大鼠模型TLRs/NF-κB通路异常表达，并观察清热健脾活血法中药复方溃结灵对溃疡性结肠炎发病的重要环节TLRs/κB通路的干预作用，提示溃结灵治疗UC的深层次作用机理及作用靶点，对提高中医药治疗UC的研究水平及开发高质量中药有积极的意义。
