According to the planned mission, we finished the physics design of the cryogenic stage of the scanning near-field.microwave microscope, and studied theoretically the divergence when the quasi-static theory is used for the quantitative analysis of conductive materials.Furthermore, we finished the mechanical and electronic design of the cryogenic system, and worked on the theory of quantitative microscopy of nlinearality with a scanning near-field microwave microscope. One paper is published. We also got progresses on the quantitative near-field microwave microscopy theory for thin film, and one paper is under written..Collaboration with the Department of Materials of University of Maryland was setup.
研究现有准静态定量近场微波显微成像理论在处理导电体时的发散问题,和特定近场微波在导电体表面的反射、折射和在导电体中的传播、耗散规律,得到扫描近场微波显微镜的显微信号对导体、半导体和超导体导电性质的定量依赖关系,将准静态定量近场微波显微成像理论的适用范围扩展到导电体,为用扫描近场微波显微镜研究高温超导微波器件奠定基础。
