E-service oriented Networked NC Systems are studied; the key technologies of NC systems′ remote operation, remote monitoring and remote diagnosis are developed for the purpose of providing network-based service to customers and laying a foundation for networked manufacturing. An experimental networked NC system is established, an inserted detecting device is developed and technical obstacles to computer-networked communication and relevant software development are overcome. A local network of a workshop and its connecting to the Internet are realized; by means of taking over the control authority the remote operations of NC machines in workshop floor are realized; based on video and audio communication techniques,the remote monitoring on operation processes is realized; a dynamic data base and the virtual case histories of the equipment are established so as to provide valuable historical data needed for remote diagnosis or consultation with experts of other places in the world ; the technique of transferring and testing of e-samples through the network are explored. The predetermined tasks are completed. Since this fund is a parallel support to the project "Network-based quick response manufacturing" supported by "two bases" scheme, the achievements have provided the project with part of its fundamental techniques.
针对基于网络的快速反应制造领域若干关键技术联合展开研究,将相关的新理论、新概念和新技术融入制造过程的各控制环节并贯穿整个制造系统,形成全新的基于网络的快速反应制造的体系结构。通过对异地产品快速开发与制造过程展开系统的描述、建模与虚拟制造,可建立一个远程产品快速开发与制造系统平台,实现产品的网上设计与制造。.
