纳米马达数学模型的理论分析和数值模拟

纳米马达是当前国际上引起人们极大兴趣的研究领域之一，随着光镊等先进实验手段的发展，对于纳米马达实验的研究已经得到了长足的发展。但对于它的理论研究，虽然历经十几年的发展已经取得了一定的成果，但始终未能取得实质性的突破。.在本项目的研究中，我将对描述纳米马达的Lagevin方程、Fokker-Planck方程以及随机马尔可夫模型进行详尽的理论分析。具体来说，我将给出描述纳米马达的布朗棘齿模型在极限条件下的精确解；给出Fokker-Planck方程描述下的有效扩散系数的计算公式；给出描述纳米马达的连续化学态的Fokker-Planck方程；给出第一到达时间（First Passage Time）的计算方法；给出满足细致平衡条件的描述纳米马达Fokker-Planck方程的数值方法。同时在本项目的研究中，我将对描述纳米马达的Fokker-Planck方程和随机马尔可夫模型之间的关系进行分析。
