跨国公司网络视角下的中国城市网络区域组织模式、动态与演化机制研究

Space of Flows as well as World City Network research attract more and more scholars' attention in City-Region study area, which leads to the shift of research paradigm from urban hierarchy analysis to urban network analysis. It is a frontier and hot research topic to analyze the City-Region spatial organization based on the enterprise network. In contrast to the booming of word city network research, study of city network is just beginning in China so that more systematic studies are needed.. We will update an enterprise network datebase containing top 500 Transnational Corporations (TNCs) which is the basis of our study and bring a new enterprise network model to improve the simulating effects of the city network in this research. Specfically speaking, along with statistic methods, network analysis method and GIS spatioal analysis technique will be employed to analyze the regional spatial organization, regional function division and regional dynamic evolutionary process of Chinese city network. It is to analyze both internal spatital organization structure of the sample urban agglomerations and external links between each two of three urban agglomerations (Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration and Beijing-tianjin-hebei urban agglomeration). Meanwhile, the research will carry out a comparative study between the spatial effect difference of globalization and localization, including regional spatial organization and spatial division of function difference of Chinese city network, based on the foreign TNCs datebase and Chinese TNCs datebase. What’s more, based on the empirical research above, this research will summarize some regional spatial orgnization models and regional spatial evolutionary law of Chinese city network. Finally, we also try to provide some theoritical explanation about the formation, evolution mechanism of regional spatial organization within Chinese City Network.. To sum up, this reasearch will contribute to the enrichment and perfection of the theory of City-Region spatial organization and will provide some useful suggestions to both central and local government in the implementaion Zof regional development planning.

流动空间理论和世界城市网络研究的兴起推动了城市-区域研究领域内网络研究范式的出现，基于企业网络的视角对城市-区域空间组织进行研究成为城市地理学的前沿热点。与世界城市网络研究的蓬勃发展相比，对于中国城市网络的研究在内容和范围上都有待拓展。本研究在优化企业网络模型基础上，建立由财富500强企业构成的跨国公司网络数据库作为研究依据，采用网络分析、GIS空间分析和统计分析等多种方法，从城市群内部和城市群之间两个层面对中国城市网络区域空间组织结构、功能分工及其动态变化过程进行系统的研究，比较全球化和地方化力量对中国城市网络区域空间组织和功能分工的影响及其差异，探讨中国城市网络区域空间组织的影响因素，在此基础上总结中国城市网络区域空间组织的模式、动态变化规律及其形成演化机制。丰富和完善城市-区域空间组织理论，为我国城市发展战略的制定和区域空间发展战略的落实提供理论依据和政策建议。

本项目的研究计划是基于跨国公司企业数据对中国城市网络进行研究，建设一套城市网络数据库，并总结城市网络空间组织模式总结和演化机理。自国家自然科学基金立项以来，该项目进展顺利，目前已经完成了预期目标，并且将研究内容扩展到城市网络的经济绩效方面。1）在城市网络数据库建设方面，我们收集整理了包括在华的世界财富500强企业、航空数据、公路数据、铁路数据以及多维临近数据，形成了一套多元化的城市网络数据库。2）在城市网络空间组织方面，发现国家、主要行业以及典型城市群的城市网络结构存在多元化特征，主要行业方面存在层级不完善的多中心模式、层级鲜明的向心双核模式、层级鲜明的多中心模式三类网络空间组织模式，而在城市群方面则存在单核一体化模式、多中心一体化模式、多中心极化模式以及双核极化模式四类。3）在城市网络演化驱动力方面，发现文化邻近关系和企业组织临近关系是影响城市群尺度城市网络发育最重要的驱动力，区域行政隶属关系也是城市群内城市网络发育的重要因素，公路客运网络、经济行业关系对于城市网络的演化也具有一定的影响。4）在城市网络经济绩效方面，发现城市经济绩效确实受到城市网络的影响，对于不同区域、不同规模等级的城市对经济绩效的影响具有显著的差异性，大城市和特大城市的经济增长对外部经济联系依赖性强，中等城市经济增长对本地经济联系依赖性较强，小城市数在网络中的地位对其经济增长影响较小. 总体来说，城市规模越大，对外部经济依赖性越强。
