农业龙头企业绿色创业：行为测度、驱动机理及绩效评价研究

Advancing green entrepreneurial behavior of leading agricultural enterprises actively not only promotes the development of rural economy, but also fosters environmental awareness and green development concept. It is important to protect the quality and safety of agricultural products as well as the resources and environment. Based on the survey data of leading agricultural enterprises and the theme of "green entrepreneurship", this project studies the green entrepreneurial behavior of enterprises, driving mechanism and behavior performance. Firstly, the project analyzes the enterprise motivation and cognition of green entrepreneurship,and build index system of enterprise green entrepreneurship, and measure enterprise green entrepreneurship quantitatively. Then,on the one hand, we study driving factors and mechanism of enterprise green entrepreneurship by using game theory model and Quantile regression model,on the other hand,in the perspective of new institutional economics, we build equilibrium framework for business performance and study the influence of green entrepreneurship on the business efficiency and business growth by econometric model. Finally, based on the case analysis of entreprise green entrepreneurship, we make some suggestions to promote green entrepreneurship of leading agricultural enterprises on the level of both government and enterprise. This project aims to provide a scientific basis for government to innovate environment management policy, promote entreprise green entrepreneurship,and it is conducive to further enrich and develop green entrepreneurial theory.

积极推进农业龙头企业绿色创业，不仅能够促进农村经济的可持续发展，而且能够树立企业环境意识和绿色发展理念，对于保障农产品质量安全、保护资源环境有极其重要意义。本项目利用农业龙头企业数据，围绕"绿色创业"主题，考察农业龙头企业绿色创业行为、驱动机理及行为绩效。首先，分析企业绿色创业动因及认知，构建企业绿色创业行为指标体系，定量测度企业绿色创业行为。然后，一方面构建企业绿色创业行为博弈理论模型，运用分位数回归模型考察企业绿色创业行为的驱动因素及其作用机理；另一方面基于新制度经济学视角，构建企业绿色创业行为对企业绩效影响的均衡理论框架，运用计量经济模型实证检验企业绿色创业行为对企业效率和企业成长的影响。最后，在企业绿色创业案例研究的基础上，从政府和企业层面提出促进农业龙头企业绿色创业的对策建议。本项目旨在为政府创新环境管理政策、促进企业绿色创业提供科学依据，同时有利于进一步丰富和发展绿色创业理论。

一、项目完成情况. 积极推进农业龙头企业绿色创业，不仅能够促进农村经济的可持续发展，而且能够树立企业环境意识和绿色发展理念，对于保障农产品质量安全、保护资源环境有至关重要影响。本项目利用农业龙头企业微观调查数据，围绕“绿色创业”主题，考察农业龙头企业绿色创业行为、驱动机理及行为绩效。重点研究了以下内容：（1）构建农业龙头企业绿色创业行为指标体系，定量测度企业绿色创业行为；（2）构建计量经济模型实证考察企业绿色创业行为的驱动因素及其作用机理；（3）基于新制度经济学视角，构建企业绿色创业行为对企业绩效的均衡理论框架，运用计量经济模型实证检验企业绿色创业行为对企业绩效的影响。（4）构建实证模型，考察了绿色创业导向对企业绩效的影响。本项目旨在为政府创新环境管理政策、促进企业绿色创业提供科学依据，同时有利于进一步丰富和发展绿色创业理论。. 二、项目取得成果. （一）论文专著方面，已分别在《农业经济问题》、《华东经济管理》、《西北农林科技大学学报（社）》等学术刊物上发表论文14篇，其中核心刊物8篇，在《经济管理出版社》出版专著1部。（二）人才培养方面，先后培养硕士研究生7名，培养青年教师2名。（三）学术交流方面，先后参加了2015年第六届全国农林高校哲学社会发展论坛、2016年中国农业技术经济学年会、2016年中国企业管理年会、2017年中小企业论坛、2017年中国农业技术经济学年会、2018年中国农业技术经济学年会以及2018年中国国外农业经济学会年。并通过此项目的部分资助，邀请了2名国外学者来华交流。
