The mainly utilization method of oil shale was destructive distillation and combustion which cost of production was high. So we put forwardthat to deal with unconventional sources of oil shale as mineral processing method.Mainly through the flotation separation technology for upgrading and ash reduction of oil shale. Firstly,the study of interface characteristics and anchoring strength of oil shale, which combined with crushing and grinding force status to reveal the regular pattern of the oil shale dissociation and the occurrence regularity of fractions. and then oil shale selective crushing and grinding method will be formed. Secondly, through the study on the surface properties of dissociated of oil shale, solve hydrophobicity differences of surface of oil shale component, and elucidate the mechanism of compound agent increasing oil shale surface hydrophobicity. By using dispersion, composite reagents, increase bubble flux, multiple gravity field of oil shale slurry, to create a overall environment which is conducive to oil shale separation of high efficient separation. By means of intensify flotation separation process, and treat enrichment of organic components, the oil shale of flotation separation theory and the method will be verified feasibility and effectiveness, provide a new idea for the use of unconventional energy oil shale in china.
油页岩的加工利用方法以干馏和燃烧为主,生产成本高,同时伴随环境污染。据此提出以处理矿物的方式,来处理非常规能源油页岩。主要通过油页岩解离后浮选分离技术对其进行提质降灰。首先通过对油页岩组分之间的界面特征以及结合强度的研究,结合破磨过程的施力状况,揭示油页岩解离规律以及破碎产品的赋存规律,形成油页岩的选择性解离的关键技术。其次通过已解离油页岩表面性质的研究,解决油页岩组分的表面疏水性差异问题,并阐明复配药剂在油页岩表面的作用机理。通过对油页岩矿浆体系的分散、药剂复配、增加气泡通量、施加多重立场等手段有效的利用,创造一个有利于油页岩分离的高效分选的整体环境。通过强化油页岩浮选分离过程,处理浮选富集的有机组分进行产品,验证油页岩浮选分离理论和方法的可行性和有效性,为我国非常规油页岩能源的利用提供一个新思路。
