包公藤甲素是我国独有的新天然莨蓉烷生物碱,其拟胆碱活性比进口的毛果芸香碱强100倍,用以治疗青光眼效果良好,本项目测定其绝对构型,为从受体学说上阐明这类独特的构效关系提供理论依据,并探索将生药内的无效前体半合成活性物质,以扩大药源,提供生产,节省外汇.
