非参数变换模型的统计推断

Transformation models are widely used in statistics and econometrics. A large amount of literature was concerned with the transformation models. Most of them focused on the parametric transformation models, and only some papers were concerned with the nonparametric transformation models.Here "nonparametric" means that the transformation function and the distribution of the error term are both unknown. It is important to study the nonparametric transformation models. But the existing methods focus on the linear transformation models and have some drawbacks. This project is going to propose some new methods for the linear and partially linear single-index transformation models. These new methods are expected to overcome the drawbacks of the existing methods and be easily extended to the more complicated cases. Simulation studies and asymptotic theories will be used to demonstrate the properties of the proposed methods under finite and large samples.

变换模型在统计学和计量经济学中都有广泛的应用。尽管有大量的文献研究变换模型，但大部分文献考虑的是参数变换模型，只有为数不多的几篇文献研究非参数变换模型。这里的"非参数"指的是变换函数和误差项的分布都是完全未知的。非参数变换模型是变换模型研究的趋势，但已有方法对它的统计推断只集中在线性变换模型，且存在适用性和效率方面的不足。本项目拟对线性和部分线性单指标变换模型进行研究，基于非参数统计方法的技巧，给出新的统计推断方法，以克服已有方法存在的不足，并推广到更为复杂的情形。另外，本项目将采用数值模拟和理论证明的方式，给出所提方法在有限样本及大样本下的性质。

变换模型在统计学和计量经济学中都有广泛的应用。由于研究难度大，对非参数变换模型的研究很少。这里的"非参数"指的是变换函数和误差项的分布都是完全未知的。本项目研究了线性变换模型和部分线性单指标模型，提出了估计回归系数、异方差函数和单指标函数的方法。特别地，对变换模型的关键问题，变换函数的估计，提出了新的方法，新方法充分利用了模型的信息，估计效率高，且形式上与带线性不等式约束的二次规划类似，计算相对简便，速度快，现有的计算机程序就能解决。对于所提出的估计方法，本项目研究了其大样本理论性质，并利用数值模拟研究了其有限样本下的性质。此外，本项目还将对变换模型的研究成果应用于实际医疗费用分析中。
