涉农跨国企业在中国的扩张路径及对农业产业安全的影响研究

Given the increasing economic globalization and the openning up of China's agricultural sector, multinational agribusinesses have been expanding rapidly in China, which triggered concerns about its impact on China's agriculture security. How to deal with the issue of multinational agribusinesses' expansion and utilize foreign direct investment under the prerequisite of insuring China's agriculture security has now become an extremely important research question. This study is designed to find the fundamental facts for policy making, by analyzing the expansion path of multinational agribusinesses in China and its impact factors from four perspectives, that is, time, region, origin country and specific industry based on the construction of the China's Multinational Agribusiness Database. Following a therotical analysis, the impact of multinational agribusinesses' expansion on China's agriculture security will be empirically evaluated by using econometric method. Policy implications on the utilization of foreign direct investment from multinational agribusinesses will be forwarded based on empirical findings.

随着经济全球化和农业对外开放程度的不断深入，涉农跨国企业在我国的扩张进程呈不断加快态势，这引发了学术界就涉农跨国企业扩张对我国农业产业安全影响的普遍担忧。强化涉农跨国企业扩张的管理、提升我国涉农产业领域外商直接投资利用质量，已经成为涉农产业国际投资领域的一个重大课题。本研究旨在揭示涉农跨国企业扩张管理政策制定中迫切需要掌握的基础事实，拟通过构建中国涉农跨国企业数据库及辅助数据库，从时间差异、空间差异、投资母国差异、产业特征差异等角度全面揭示涉农跨国企业在我国的扩张路径及影响因素，并在涉农跨国企业扩张对我国农业产业安全的影响机理进行理论分析的基础上，运用计量经济方法对农业产业安全产生的影响进行综合评估，提出有效提升我国涉农产业领域外资利用质量的政策措施。
