可加部分非线性模型的统计推断及应用

Semiparametric regression models have been widely studied and applied. One of the most important models is the additive partially linear model, this model suppose that the relationship between the response variable and partially covariates is linear, but in many applications, the linear relationship is not applicable. To capture the underlying relationship between the response variable and partially covariates, we extend the additive partially linear model to the additive partially nonlinear model in the project, that is, the relationship between the response variable and partially covariates is nonlinear. There are no literature on additive partially nonlinear models, thus, our project mainly study the statistical inference approaches of additive partially nonlinear models. The main contents are as follows: Firstly, to obtain the estimators of unknown parameter vector and unknown nonparametric functions. Secondly, to construct the empirical loglikelihood ratio and to study their asymptotic results. Since the nonlinear assumption is very reasonable in application, it is very expectable that our study can support innovative theory and methods for the applications of additive partially nonlinear models in some fields.

半参数回归模型已有广泛和深入的研究和应用，其中一类重要的模型是可加部分线性回归模型，该类模型假定因变量和部分协变量具有线性关系，在实际应用中，这种线性关系可能不成立，为更好的刻画响应变量与部分协变量的本质关系，在本项目中我们将可加部分线性模型推广至可加部分非线性模型，即假定因变量和部分协变量本质关系是非线性的。到目前为止，还没有相关文献研究此类模型，针对这一问题，本项目致力于可加部分非线性模型的统计推断及其应用的研究。主要内容为：一是可加部分非线性模型中未知参数和未知非参数函数的估计理论，探讨相关估计量的大样本性质。二是通过构造合适的辅助随机向量，给出模型中未知参数和非参数函数的经验似然比，研究其渐近性质。由于可加部分非线性模型在实际应用中比可加部分线性模型更具有合理性和普遍性，从而可以期待，研究成果为可加部分非线性模型在计量经济学，生物医学等领域的应用过程中提供有力的理论支撑和方法。

本项目致力于可加部分非线性模型的统计推断及其应用的研究，提出了一系列的估计方法。研究成果为可加部分非线性模型在生物医学以及计量经济学等领域应用中，对实际数据的处理提供一定的统计理论和方法。具体地讲，本项目主要从以下两个方面展开了工作： .(1) 对于可加部分非线性模型，提出了未知参数与未知非参数函数的截面非线性最小二乘估计方法，并研究了估计的大样本性质，在理论分析的基础上进行数值模拟和实际数据分析。.(2) 将经验似然方法应用于可加部分非线性模型的统计推断。基于截面非线性最小二乘估计的结果，构造关于未知参数的辅助随机向量，定义相应的经验似然比统计量及其极大经验似然估计量，给出非参数函数残差调整的经验对数似然比统计量以及该统计量的Wilk’s 定理，进一步探讨相关估计量的渐近性质，构造基于经验似然方法的未知参数和未知非参数函数的置信域，最后进行数值模拟和实际数据分析说明经验似然方法在置信区间长度和覆盖率方面要优于截面非线性最小二乘方法。
