With the rapid development of economy and urbanization, the problem of traffic congestion has become even severe, which is largely due to the sparse and wide road network. To tackle this issue, the government requires that residential block and organ compound should be opened gradually. However, the process of spreading open block may encounter many challenges, one of which is that how to guarantee the safety of road users in open blocks. .Compared to the solid research foundation of road safety in open blocks in western countries, the concept of open block is still in the promotion period in China, and the research on road network safety assessment and planning for open block is rare. To bridge this gap, this project aims to develop the methodology for urban road network safety assessment and planning, by analyzing typical cases in cities of China and other countries. This project will contribute to the theory and technology for proactive road safety planning in open blocks, which also help to improve the urban road network structure and safety level.
随着我国国民经济的迅猛发展和城市化进程的加快,一些城市的交通拥堵问题日益严重。我国城市交通路网结构不合理是导致这一问题无法有效解决的主要原因。因此国务院提出新建住宅要推广街区制并逐步打开已建成的住宅小区和单位大院,而在推行小区开放的过程中所面临的最大问题是如何保障开放式小区的道路交通安全。.与国外已具备成熟的开放式街区路网安全规划研究基础不同,开放式小区这一概念在我国仍处于推广阶段,在路网安全评价和规划方面的研究相对较少。为了填补这一空白,本项目将结合国内外典型案例,从影响机理、分析建模、评价优化等阶段,开展面向我国开放式小区的城市路网安全评价与规划方法研究。本项目研究成果将为实现我国开放式小区的主动交通安全规划提供基础理论和技术支撑,对于实现我国合理的城市道路布局和改善我国的城市道路交通安全问题有着重要意义。
项目以开放式小区内外部道路网络为研究对象,通过揭示小区开放对城市交通安全的影响机理,建立了小区开放环境下的区域综合交通安全分析模型,构建了开放式小区内外部道路的综合交通安全服务水平评价指标;基于考虑交通安全的开放式小区内外部路网形态耦合模型,提出了面向开放式小区的城市路网安全评价与规划方法,为实现面向开放式小区的主动交通安全规划提供了基础理论和技术支撑。
