理论物理专款资助理论物理学者急需的著作出版

On the support of the National Natural Science Fund the theoretical physics researches obtained large development, and has occupied an area in some field. A large number of young theoretical physics talents have grown. At present the theoretical physics is facing a new development starting point: 1. the intersection of the quantum mechanics and the information science gave birth to a new course － quantum information. 2. The development of the high energy physics, astrophysics and the exploration of the “dark material”, “dark energy”, and “origin of universe”. 3. The theoretical physics pushes the development of the intersection courses, which have become important growth point of the natural science in the 21 century. In order to suit this new situation, the theoretical physics researchers need to learn anew, and renew intellectual, so that learn better the works of international forward fields, overtake and exceed international advance level. That the introducing international published new monographs on the theoretical physics and its intersection courses is a relatively direct path. The photo offset publication of these monographs (more cheaper than the original edition) will play important reference and study roles for the wide researchers, post graduates, and high class students of universities, push the development of theoretical physics in China. The applied term would support the World Book Press to photo offset publish 20 selected international published new monographs on the theoretical physics and its intersection courses.

在国家自然科学基金委的大力支持下，我国的理论物理有很大的发展，在某些领域在国际上已占有一席之地，大批年青的理论物理人才已经成长起来。目前理论物理正面临着一个新的发展起点：1、量子力学与信息科学交叉。2、对“暗物质”、“暗能量”、“宇宙起源”等的探索。3、理论物理推动了交叉学科的发展。为了适应这新的形势，理论物理学者需要重新学习、更新知识，以便更好地学习国际前沿领域的工作，赶超国际先进水平。从国际引进最新出版的理论物理及其交叉学科的专著，是一条比较直接的途径。这些专著的影印出版（比买国外原著便宜得多）将对我国广大的理论物理和实验物理研究工作者、研究生和大学高年级学生起重要的学习参考作用，推动我国理论物理研究的发展。申请项目拟支持世界图书出版公司影印出版20本经挑选的国际最新出版的理论物理及其交叉学科的专著。

为引进和出版著名的国际理论物理专著，以降低国内学者购买国际原著的费用，本项目拟资助世界图书出版公司引进和出版有关图书。图书的选定是在世图提供的名单中，由理论物理专款学术领导小组成员投票选出约1/2图书。资助分2次，分别在2013年和2014年，共资助图书18本。同时还赠送每位专家组成员18本所需的图书，包括在资助范围和不在资助范围的。项目经费45万元，资助出版和赠书共41万元，管理费2.25万元。
