大型网络型航空公司枢纽网络与机队联合规划方法研究

For the shortcomings of the two-stage implementation approach to hub-and-spoke network design and fleet planning,this research makes a unified decision making on them and establishes an integrated planning methodology for those large-scale network airlines.The detailed contents include as follows: 1) a simulated method of these airlines' anticipated production & operation environments; 2) an evaluated method of the integrated planning scheme of hub-and-spoke network design and fleet planning; 3) a mathematical modeling method of the integrated planning of hub-and-spoke network design and fleet planning; 4) an algorithm and its realizeable technology of the hub-and-spoke network and fleet capacity optimized allocation on route. Through this project, those large scale network airlines can not only enhance the adaptability of hub-and-spoke networks to their operation fleets, but also can optimize the operational economic level of hub-and-spoke network.More importantly, it can provide a therotical direction for those domestic large scale airlines to successfully achieve their transformations of the network structures.

针对分阶段实施的枢纽网络设计和机队规划方法的不足之处，本项目将枢纽网络设计与机队规划进行统一决策，建立一种面向大型网络型航空公司的航线网络与机队联合规划方法，具体包括：航空公司预期生产运营环境模拟方法，枢纽网络与机队联合规划方案的评价方法，枢纽网络与机队联合规划的数学建模方法，以及枢纽网络与航线运力优化配置模型的算法设计及其实现技术。通过该项目实施，提升枢纽网络的运营经济性，并为国内大型航空公司的网络化转型提供理论指导。

本项目面向枢纽网络型航空公司，研究枢纽航线网络与机队联合规划方法所涉及的预期生产运营环境模拟、枢纽网络与机队联合规划方案的评估理论与方法、枢纽网络与机队联合规划问题的建模及其求解算法的设计与实现。主要成果如下：.(1) 生产运营环境模拟方面。基于向量相似度计算和BP神经网络，给出了一种新开航线市场客流量的预测方法；基于支持向量机和补偿灰色周期外延模型，给出了一种缺乏历史运营数据的航线市场客流量预测方法；基于柯布道格拉斯生产函数，开展了影响航线运力配置方案的飞行人力资源分析的实证研究。(2) 枢纽网络与机队联合规划方案评估理论与方法方面。构建了航线机型直接运营成本分析模型；开展了机场主营业务收入与旅客吞吐量间关系的实证研究。(3) 开展了既定枢纽航线网络方案下的机队规划建模、单分配枢纽网络和机队运力配置问题的联合建模，以及多分配枢纽网络和机队联合规划建模。(4) 实现了旅客中转衔接效应下的机队规划算法设计、单分配枢纽网络与机队运力配置问题联合决策问题的遗传算法设计与实现，以及多分配枢纽网络与机队联合规划问题的混合启发式算法设计与实现。项目研究成果能够为枢纽网络型航空公司的枢纽网络与机队联合规划提供理论指导和决策依据。
