Magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) is a method for non-invasive detection of various aspects of cardiac metabolism in human-beings. 31P MRS allows the non-invasive,direct and repetitive study of cardiac high-energy phosphate metabolites and its largest field for potential clinical applications is of coronary artery disease. Two applications of them have good perspective: (1) "biochemical engometry": It allows to non-invasively study the effectiveness of revascularization procedures or various antianginal therapies. (2) Evaluation of myocardial viability: The potential area for the application of 31P MRS in coronary artery disease is the evaluation of myocardial viability.It can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of therapies. However, the report about 31P MRS applied studies on reperfused myocardium is sparse. Magnetic resonance spectroscopy, which can be combined with MRI analysis of cardiac morphology and function, has the advantages of non-invasive study of basic mechanism of coronary artery disease. On the other hand, based on the systematic experimental study of reperfused-ischemic myocardium in dogs, the present research, which is a pioneering work in China, is undertaken as a clinical investigation of reperfused-ischemic myocardium.
用小型猪在体心肌31PMRS分析与免疫电镜观察Na+/K+ ATP酶、Ca+ ATP酶和心肌能荷检测等多种方法,动态观察顿抑心肌和定量缺血心肌31PMRS变化规律与心肌超微形态学改变等的关系,探讨顿抑心肌的发生机理及转归过程,重点寻找缺血心肌可逆与不可逆损伤的31PMRS临界值范围,为临床评估心肌能量代谢和及时的心肌保护治疗提供客观准确无创的影像学依据。
