The study on stable carbon and nitrogen isotopes enrichment behavior of indoor.cultured weever was conducted. More than 300 of samples in two cruises in October to November 2000 and May 2001 in the Yellow Sea and the East China Sea were determined for their biological and isotopic compositions. The influence of three ecological factors, such as feeding level, weight, water temperature, on metabolism processes of weever were discussed by using isotopic tracers. The material flow route in weever body was shown depended on the distribution of stable carbon and nitrogen isotope compositions. The stable carbon and nitrogen isotope compositions of more.than 100 of in situ fish samples were analyzed to set up a consecutive trophic level spectrum. The GC/C/IRMS method for determing carbon isotopic composition of individual animo acids was established. It will provide the condition to study the quantitative expression of nutrition quality.
从分子、总有机质碳氮同位素和单种氨基酸碳同位素三种不同的水平上研究东、黄海食物网营养结构,期望构建出一个连续营养谱,并重点探讨大型水生植物在食物网中的作用、水体与底栖耦合关系和营养质量参数化方法等营养动力学研究中的若干关键问题,对我国近海生物资源的可持续发展有重要意义,在理论上也能在国际前沿领域中占一席之地。
