利用酵母双杂交系统筛选经TNF-61α诱导的HeLa细胞cDNA文库，以检测能与PAI-2和tTG相互作用的蛋白质进而对这些蛋白质进行定性、定量、同源性以及其功能等方面的研究分析，从而为更好的阐明PAI-2和tTG在细胞凋亡中所起的确切作用奠定基础。
