Today's networks present a highly complex and dynamic environment. This may be due to their dynamics, heterogeneity, fragility, traffic diversity, etc. The applications and services that make use of these networks also grow in complexity and impose increasing demands on the underlying network infrastructure. It is largely uncontested that the initial Internet design no longer fits the current and future networking and service environment, and perhaps a clean-slate approach to next generation network design is necessary. Autonomic communications strive to ease the burden of managing complex and dynamic networks, better support the ever-growing and fast-evolving network technologies and services, and establish the foundations of next-generation networks. The idea is to design networks that are self-configuring, self-organizing, self-stabilizing, self-optimizing, self-healing, etc. The project concentrates on the topology structure and nodes cooperation guaranteeing mechanisms in autonomic communications. The information exchange is regarded as the centric and most important characteristic of autonomic communications. At first, the project will analyze the similar characteristics between autonomic communications and P2P. The special topology for autonomic communications will be proposed. This topology should solve the mismatching problem between physical and logical locations, guarantee the uniqueness of local information, and secure the validity of the information exchange. Moreover, the efficiency, cost and robustness of the topology should be considered. Then, the project will present mechanisms based on game theory to solve the non-cooperation behaviors of rational nodes. Differing from traditional game theory mechanisms, the project will do research on the game theory based on topologies. By simulations and evaluations, the project will analyze different game theory mechanisms' impacts on different topologies, in order to find the most suitable game theory mechanism for the above special topology in autonomic communications. At last, combining with researches on sociology, management science and computer science, the project will present cooperation guaranteeing mechanisms based on altruism punishment aiming at irrational nodes in autonomic communications. Those cooperation guaranteeing mechanisms will adopt achievements of behavior economics and build corresponding models for autonomic communications. The cooperation level of autonomic communications should be improved. The research results of the project will be more helpful for future researches on satisfying some necessary requirements of current real networks.

当前网络呈现出的动态、异构、脆弱以及海量吞吐量等特性使得设计一种自管理、自组织,自维护,自优化,自修复等具备"自*"属性网络的需求越来越迫切。本课题引入"自主通信"的概念,研究自主通信拓扑结构和节点合作保障机制。首先,针对信息交互,研究自主通信和P2P的抽象共性,提出自主通信拓扑结构,解决拓扑结构和底层架构不匹配问题、保证局部信息唯一性和信息交互的即时、有效性,解决自主通信效率、损耗和鲁棒性无法较好兼顾的问题。其次,采用博弈论有效解决理性节点的非合作行为,提出面向拓扑结构的博弈机制,通过仿真验证不同博弈机制在拓扑结构中的博弈效果。最后,通过对社会学、管理科学和计算机科学的交叉性研究,借鉴行为经济学理论监管自主通信中非理性节点的不合作行为,建立行为经济学理论模型,提出基于利他性惩罚演化的自约束合作保障机制,进一步提高系统整体合作水平。研究成果可为更好的满足当前网络需求提供理论指导。

项目摘要

当前网络呈现出的动态、异构、脆弱以及海量吞吐量等特性使得设计一种自管理、自组织,自维护,自优化,自修复等具备“自*”属性网络的需求越来越迫切。本课题引入“自主通信”的概念,研究包括无线传感器网络、机会网络、认知无线电网络等自主通信环境的拓扑结构和节点合作保障机制。首先,针对信息交互,提出自主通信拓扑结构,解决拓扑结构和底层架构不匹配问题,并以能量和频谱为核心,研究上述自主通信环境中拓扑结构对信息交互、资源分配、数据收集等的促进作用。其次,采用博弈论有效解决理性节点的非合作行为,提出面向拓扑结构的激励机制和博弈机制,通过仿真验证不同机制在拓扑结构中的合作促进效果。最后,通过对社会学、管理科学和计算机科学的交叉性研究,借鉴行为经济学理论监管自主通信中非理性节点的不合作行为,建立行为经济学理论模型,提出基于利他性惩罚演化的自约束合作保障机制,进一步提高系统整体合作水平。研究成果可为更好的满足当前网络需求提供理论指导。
