This program surrounds the actual demand of advanced treatment and reuse of wastewater in our country, and it focuses on the fouling of anion-exchange-resin by dissolved organic matter (DOM). DOM fractions derived from different biological effluents will be isolated and characterized to investigate its fouling behavior. Based on the study on the mechanism of anion-exchange-resin fouling, the fouling index will be established. This program will also be carried out on the preparation of anti-fouling resin(s), optimization of operating parameters and selection of pre-treatment to control the resin-fouling.Series of anion-exchange-resins with different properties will be prepared by the optimum of monomer, crosslinking agent, porogen and copolymerized inorganic materials. Fouling behavior of these prepared resins will be investigated by using DOM fractions with different properties and structures. The matching relationship of structure-activity on fouling behavior between resin and DOM will also be established, and the anti-fouling resin will be selected. The relation ship between resin fouling and operating parameters will be suggested. In addition, the effect(s) of coagulation and oxidation treatment on the succeeding interaction between anion exchange resin and DOM will also be studied for the selection of an effective and economical pre-treatment method to control resin fouling. This program will provide significant theoretical and technical support on advanced treatment of wastewater by anion exchange resin.
本项目围绕我国废水深度处理与回用的实际需求,针对阴离子交换树脂在生化出水处理中的溶解性有机质(Dissolved organic matter,DOM)污染问题,对不同来源生化出水DOM进行分离表征,考察其对阴离子交换树脂的污染行为,揭示树脂污染机制,建立树脂污染评价指标;在此基础上,从"抗污染"树脂制备、工艺操作参数优化、预处理的优选三个方面开展树脂污染控制方法研究:通过单体、交联剂、致孔剂及"共聚"无机材料的调整,制备系列不同性质阴离子交换树脂;考察系列树脂对不同性质DOM的抗污染行为,建立DOM与树脂在污染行为上的构效匹配关系,优选出"抗污染"阴离子交换树脂;建立工艺操作参数与树脂污染的关系;考察混凝、氧化对后续抗污染阴离子交换树脂与DOM作用的影响,为降低树脂污染提供经济可行的预处理方案。本项目的实施将为阴离子交换树脂在废水深度处理中的应用提供重要的理论指导和技术支撑。
本项目围绕我国废水深度处理与回用的实际需求,针对阴离子交换树脂在生化出水处理中的溶解性有机质污染问题,通过腐殖酸、磺酸、酸性药物与阴离子交换树脂的吸附-再生行为研究,发现苯乙烯系与丙烯酸系阴离子交换树脂具有不同的吸附机制,从而导致丙烯酸系阴离子交换树脂具有更高的抗污染性能。通过实际废水中溶解性有机质对丙烯酸系阴离子交换树脂的污染行为研究,建立了树脂污染指数,探明阴离子交换树脂的污染主要由大分子类蛋白类物质引起,而阳离子交换、氧化、混凝在优化操作的基础上可以去除部分类蛋白物质,减轻树脂污染。该研究结果为阴离子交换树脂在废水深度处理中的应用提供重要的理论和技术支撑。
