长三角地区新兴信息产业演化与城市区域空间组织研究

With the advance of globalization and information technologies, the spatial organization at all the worldwide, national, and regional scales had undergone a profound restructuring process. Integrating the spatial models of hierarchy and network, a new spatial pattern called polycentric Mega-city Regions is emerging in this context. This changing process also takes place in China's coastal city concentrated areas, especially for Yangtze River Delta area. Meanwhile, the emerging industries based on advanced information and telecommunication technology (ICTs) have been focused by lots of local enterprises and governments, which have became an important underlying force for the restructuring of regional competitiveness and spatial pattern. This research project is based on the perspectives and methods of evolutionary theory, and makes the advanced ICTs as the starting point. It aims to explore the spatial dynamics of emerging technological industries in Yangtze River delta area scale, and reveal the formation and development paths of the Globalizing City-Regions. It also tends to theorize the co-evolution process of production networks of emerging industries and spatial organization of Globalizing City-Regions, which are of significant theoretical and practical importance for city-regional governance and planning.

全球化和信息技术的发展已经重组了当今世界、国家和区域各个层面的空间发展进程，呈现出新的等级化和网络化互为融合的发展模式，导致了在世界各地出现了不少多中心的、巨型的城市区域。当前中国沿海城市密集地区也在经历这样的空间变革，尤其是在长三角地区。同时，以先进信息和通信技术为基础发展起来的新兴技术产业成为许多企业和政府关注的焦点，也成为重构城市和区域的竞争优势及空间格局的重要力量之一。本项目将基于演化理论的视角和方法，以先进信息和通信技术为切入点，在长江三角洲地区的空间层面上，透过分析新兴技术产业在城市区域层面的空间动力机制，揭示出全球化的城市区域形成与发展的规律和路径，并构建新兴技术产业网络与城市区域空间组织的共同演化理论，以期为区域产业治理和城市区域规划提供有益的政策参考。

全球化和信息技术的发展正在重构着当今世界、国家和区域各个层面的空间发展进程，呈现出新的等级化和网络化互为融合的发展模式。而以先进信息和通信技术为基础发展起来的新兴技术产业也成为了许多企业和政府关注的焦点，成为了重构城市和区域竞争优势及空间格局的重要力量。当前中国沿海城市密集地区就在经历这样的空间变革，长三角地区即为典型区域之一。本项目基于演化理论的视角和方法，以先进信息和通信技术等新兴产业为切入点，对以下内容展开了研究：（1）探讨了长江三角洲地区部分典型新兴技术产业的空间动力机制与空间布局。从路径依赖理论出发，审视新兴产业演化的区域差异，并关注政府在其中所起的作用。（2）从产业空间联系的角度，分析了国内外典型全球城市的产业发展路径和空间格局。通过典型城市案例，比较不同城市发展新兴产业的路径差异、其制度环境的影响以及新兴产业的出现对城市区域空间结构产生的效应。（3）构建新兴技术产业网络与城市区域空间组织的共同演化理论，以期为区域产业治理和城市区域规划提供有益的政策参考。
