A few large to.medium-sized mGluR1-like immunoreactive (mGluR1-LI) neuronal cell bodies were.observed in the SDCN, whereas mGluR1-LI fibers and terminals were seldom seen. 本项目以接受盆腔内脏初级传入的大鼠骶髓后连合为靶区,在多种标本上应用膜片钳记录和细胞内钙离子测定等综合技术手段,研究三磷酸腺苷(ATP)及其代谢产物在内脏信息传递械淖饔煤突硪约八嵌怨劝彼帷⒏拾彼帷ABA等受体介导反应的调控作用及其机制、GABA等受体介导反应的调控作用及其机制。此项研究对阐明ATP在内脏信息传递中的作用机理有重要意义。
