老工业基地再工业化的制造业区位重构机理与空间布局优化研究-以吉林中部地区为例

Taking Central Jilin Province as research object, dynamic mechanism of manufacturing location restructure and its spatial organization of old industrial base reindustrialization are studied.Some theories and thoughts are taken as references,including theory of location theory, Pole & Axis System,spatial organizaition,industrial agglomeration,and regional sustainable development in the research.Some methods and models are used,including locational Gini coefficient,spatial autocorrelation analysis, social network analysis, multi-variable regression model, grey correlation model,questionnaire survey,enterprises interviews and ArcGIS analysis. On the theory,dynamic mechanism of manufacturing location restructure of old industrial base reindustrialization are studied ,some new factors are analyzed,some new backgrouds such as economic globalization,new information and communication,ecological transformation are considered. The spatial evolution and model of manufacturing are analyzed,especially about spatial connection between foreign enterprise and local enterprises,large enterprise's spatial organization,and intra-product specialization of industry chain in the area.The relation between manufacturing rational distribution and resources and environment is probed. On the practice,the location restructure and its spatial organization, and laws of manufacturing space evolution in Central Jilin are studied,the rearrangement and regional division of labour are analyzed. Human-earth relation in old industrial base reindustrialization should be coordinated. The research put forwards scenario analysis of manufacturing space of Central Jilin by model simulation,and spatial optimization plan will be given. The research can provide references for the old industrial base to response the process of globalization and participating in global industrial division of labour.

以吉林中部地区为例，借鉴区位论、点-轴系统、空间组织、产业集聚与可持续发展等理论与思想，集成区位基尼系数、空间自相关分析、社会网络分析、多元回归模型、灰色关联模型、问卷调查与企业访谈、ArcGIS空间分析等方法，研究老工业基地再工业化的制造业区位重构机理及其空间布局优化。在理论上揭示老工业基地再工业化的制造业区位重构机理，剖析新因素对制造业区位重构的影响，探讨全球化、信息化、生态转型等背景下制造业区位重构机理，总结制造业空间演变特征与空间组织模式，剖析老工业基地制造业合理布局及其与区域资源环境的关系。在实践上刻画吉林中部地区再工业化的制造业区位重构与区域分工格局及其空间组织模式，探讨老工业基地再工业化的人地关系协调，模拟主要影响因素变化下制造业空间未来发展情景，提出制造业空间优化方案，为老工业基地发挥原有制造业基础参与全球产业分工并实现区域振兴提供科学依据。
