High capacity pulsed-power generator intergrated with enery storage unit,the rotor of which is used as flywheel, can provide high pulsed power for special loads via high capacity pulsed-power converter. Taking into account its structure and operating conditions particularity, the critical issues of design, modeling and analysis of pulsed-power generator system should be studied profoundly. .Aiming at the special power supply demand of the pulsed-power converter loads, trade study on multiple sets of multi-phase winding layouts of pulsed-power generator will be conducted to obtain a reasonable result. Taking into account the difference of operation condition between pulsed-power generator and normal one, special electromagnetic design will be developed as well. Then, its detailed mathematical model will be established to show electromagnetic coupling between multiple sets of multi-phase windings and eddy-current circuits, and method to get electormagnetic parameters via theoretical analysis and finite-element simulation will be studied as well. On the basis of these works,the discrete numerical algorithm of the pulsed-power generator will be studied profoundly, in order to be used in RT-LAB. Hereafter, the system simulation codes will be constructed, and impacts of different recifier modes on system will be evaluated by analitical method and simulation to adopt better one. Finally, the validity and accuracy of proposed techniques will be checked by simulation studies and experimental tests..The above research works can be taken as the foundation of basic theory and key techniques for the application of high capacity pulsed-power generator integrated with energy storage unit on the mobile platform.
大容量集成式储能脉冲发电机采用储能飞轮与电机转子一体化设计,可与大容量脉冲变换器配合使用,为负载提供大容量脉冲电能。因其结构形式和运行工况特殊性,需对脉冲电机及其系统的设计、建模与分析方法等关键技术问题开展深入研究。.针对脉冲变换器及其负载的特殊供电需求,首先对脉冲电机的多套多相绕组方案进行对比分析,确定更优方案;结合脉冲电机有别于常规电机的运行工况要求,展开电磁优化设计研究。然后,建立描述多相绕组、多个转子涡流回路存在电磁耦合关系的数学模型,通过理论分析和有限元计算,提出该型电机的电磁参数计算方法。在此基础上,提出能同时兼顾RT-LAB实时仿真需求的脉冲发电机数值离散算法,构建系统仿真模型,并就不同的整流模式对系统性能的影响进行理论分析和仿真研究。最后,利用现有的研究平台,检验所提技术或方法的有效性。.上述研究工作,可为大容量集成式储能脉冲发电机在移动平台的应用奠定坚实基础。
