Chichied Ginkgo biloba L. which has important scientific research and ornamental value is a specific germplasm in Ginkgo biloba L. family. This research use 1 age to 20 age seedlings or young trees and normal Ginkgo biloba L. in Guizhou and Yunnan provinces as materials. Through timed and orientated observe and sample, we apply comparative anatomy, ontogenesis and system theories, by means of technique such as plant microscopy technique - light microscope and TEM or SEM or LSCM, histochemistry, SDS gel electrophoresis and ICG etc., methods as IHC etc. to study relations between culture technique, environment condition, external IAA and occurrence of Ginkgo biloba L. chichi. Also, initiation, development and structure of rooted chichi, mechanism of action of IAA, anatomy and histochemistry of chichi systemicly has been studied. Then morphologic and systematic implications of chichied Ginkgo biloba L. can be revealed to lay a good foundation to read classification status, evolution of chichied Ginkgo biloba L., to clone and functional analysis of related genes which regulate and control the differentiation of chichi and to technology of inducing chichi artificial.
“垂乳银杏”是银杏家族中一特异种质,具有重要的科研及观赏价值。本研究采用1a-20a银杏实生苗及正常银杏为试材,通过定时、定位观察取样,运用比较解剖学、个体发育及系统学理论,通过植物显微技术-光学显微镜和电子显微镜(TEM/SEM/LSCM)、组织化学(Histochemistry)、SDS凝胶电泳、免疫胶体金标记(ICG)等技术;免疫组织化学分析法(IHC)等手段,对栽培技术、环境条件及外施IAA与银杏垂乳发生的关系;根生垂乳发端、发育及结构;生长素(IAA)的作用机制;垂乳的解剖及组织化学等进行系统研究,进而揭示垂乳银杏的形态学及系统学意义,为解读垂乳银杏的分类地位、演化;调控垂乳分化的相关基因克隆和功能分析、人工诱乳技术奠定良好基础。
