维药复方小艾飞蜜膏抗胃癌机制研究

XiaoAiFeiMiGao contains Alpinia officinarum Hance, Piper longum Linn. and other three kinds of medicinal plants.It has been used to treat kinds of cancer clinically based on theoretical system of Traditional Uyghur medicine for 20years,showed significant therapeutic effect.According to the clinical data that Xinjiang Uyghur medical hospital provided , apparent rate was 72.3% (1213cases). Our research group have already studied anticancer activity in vitro 、in vivo and chemical constituents of this preparation. This study is focused to investigate the antitumor mechanisim of 6 kinds of chemical compounds of XiaoAiFeiMiGao on gastric cancer, to carry out experimental studies, for providing laboratory data and theoretical basis for clinical application.

维吾尔抗癌复方-小艾飞蜜膏由高良姜、荜拨等五味维吾尔药组成，是根据维吾尔医学的长期临床治疗实践中验证的新疆维吾尔医院抗癌制剂。该复方制剂用于临床已有近20年的历史，根据该医院提供的资料，目前已治疗患者1213名，疗效确切，效果明显，显效率72.3%。 本课题是在课题组已完成的体内外抗肿瘤活性筛选实验、化学成分研究基础上，对复方化学成分按类型进行分离纯化，从肿瘤细胞增殖、肿瘤细胞生长周期及细胞凋亡以及相关蛋白和因子表达的影响等角度考察各类化合物抗肿瘤作用分子机制。希望通过该研究结果，进一步探索其抗肿瘤活性机理，为该复方制剂的临床应用提供基础资料。
