动脉粥样硬化动脉粥样硬化是一种发病率很高的慢性心血管疾病。本申请拟以胆固醇酯转移蛋白为靶标,构建一种新的抗动脉粥样硬化DNA疫苗,将该DNA疫苗与载体壳聚糖共聚形成纳米颗粒,通过鼻腔给药,产生粘膜免疫,方便地对血浆脂蛋白代谢进行调节,达到控制动脉粥样硬化的目的。
