Through surveying the research materials, making on-the-spot inspections, and combining the existing research foundations,the research group made a research aimed at the main factors that influenced digital information to be long-term read ,and has gained some achievements in the following respects:⑴ Based on the existing technological schemes, we proposed a criterion about selection and appraisement to establish a basic principle to choose a ideal technological scheme.and to establish a common foundation to solve the reading-information problem with regard to the digital information of different kinds、different preservative purposes 、different preservative requirements.⑵ Aimed at the main obstacles that affected the digital information to be shared,we proposed the corresponding project.The above mentioned research will come into being actual directive significance in the aspect of solving the reading-information problem,and come into being academic referenced value as to read the digital information strided over the different technological platform,then every organizaion can make use of these achievements in selecting its file format.(3)Regarding to the problem of long-term preserving the digital information in our country ,we put forward administrant steps for maintaining digital resource in documental lifecycle,which will come into being academic referenced value and actual directive significance to promote the researchs on long-term preserve the digital information in our country. .
