中国可持续发展理论体系及其发展模式研究

One of China's fundamental national strategies, sustainable development is being carried out in a rapid but deep-going way and as a result, it makes vital progress in many aspects. However, how to build up theoretical framework and practical approach of China's sustainable development are unavoidable problems that call forth further and systematic research. It seems highly pressing to solve these problems, especially since China joined WTO...In this project, the concepts of sustainable development are systematically analyzed; existing or being studied sustainable development approaches brought forward by different countries or organizations are compared to make them clear. The general situation of China's sustainable development is pointed out and in the end a theoretical framework model for general analyses of population, resource, environment and economy is established. In addition, the trend of China's population and economic development and relevant problems, as well as the reasonable but perpetual use of resources, are studied according to this framework. It gives prominence to the study of practical policy on the base of these theoretical researches such as the development trend of China's resources and usage countermeasures, fatal eco-environmental issues in China and eradication measures, the growth of environmental industries and their promoting methods, the analyses of relations between environment and trade and policies related to them, etc. Finally, the evaluation index system and the integral evaluation index for sustainable development is constituted while macro administration system and regulation countermeasures are put forward in the light of the analysis of the general situation of China's sustainable development...Results of this project are not only theoretically important, but also more significant to provide theoretical support and practical approaches for policymaking, administration and regulation at the time of implementing China's sustainable development strategy.
