Urbanization and industrialization led to serious environmental and ecological challenges in river basin of China with regional consequences on the aquatic ecosystem and on the health of the downstream sub-basin's user groups. The appearance of the hot spots of environmental impacts (such as cancer villages) has potentially close links with the spatial and temporal distribution of industrial structure in river basin. Therefore, innovating the basin's industrial development model and constructing the industrial spatial organization are now a noval issue facing basin sustainable development. Based on the therodynamic accounting methods and the spatial distribution pattern, we will analyze the coupling and spatial characters of the economic-environmental system with the methods of spatial autocorrelation of GIS, and measure the quantity relations among "watershed environmental quality - industrial organization structure - urban resource use". The study will also focus on the coupling mechanism of the economic-environment system to propose possible optimal development models in different scales. And it will promote the environment to a better state, and lead the basin's economy and environment to coordinated development as well. The main research contents are as follows: a) Based on the review of the industrial spatial organization theory, the analysis of the different stages of economic-environmental system and the connation of the industrial spatial organization, the internal relationships between the industrial spatial organization and environment is revealed. b)The study will calculate the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree between the economy development and the water environment. By constructing evaluate formulate, coupling model and coupling coordinate model, the coupling mechanism between the economy development and the water environmental quality will be analyzed.c)Taking the cancer villages as the object, every cancer village's spatial position and main pollutants will be recognized by using ArcGIS and the spatial correlation method, and further the major polluted areas. d)Aiming to adjust the basin's industrial structure and optimize its spatial organization, different scales' industrial spatial organization models and some advices are put forward, based on the different pollution degrees,industrial characters and layout. This study will be useful for the management and design of watershed industrial structure in the Haihe Basin, as well as in other river basins.
城市化已经对流域的生态环境造成严重的干扰和破坏,同时流域污染又会对城市生态与人群健康带来威胁,二者相互交织,互相影响。而流域中这种环境影响的热点区域的出现和位置与流域中产业结构的时空分布有着密切的联系。本研究拟通过流域内城市资源配置和产业结构优化研究,完善和深化流域经济环境复合系统的研究框架,通过生态热力学核算,初步揭示"流域环境质量-产业组织结构-城市资源配置"的数量关系、演变过程和作用机制,并对流域资源代谢与污染产出进行相关性分析,确定影响流域污染空间差异的主要影响因素,分析不同产业空间组织对环境污染空间格局的影响;并以海河流域为例,提出产业空间组织优化的模式与对策,通过延长产业链条,构建绿色生产链,对产业进行重组、优化,实现流域产业生态化建设,促进流域经济环境协调发展,同时也可为其他流域的产业生态化与产业空间组织提供借鉴。
