Ryanodin受体(RyR)2是成年心肌肌浆网释放Ca(2+)的主要通道,在调控胞浆Ca(2+)和心肌功能中起着关键作用。本课题在鼠胚胎干细胞剔除RyR2基因的基础上,研究RyR2对心肌细胞分化发育的影响,阐明RyR2在发育早期心肌细胞兴奋收缩耦联中的地位,认识心肌RyR在G蛋白耦联受体信号转导通路中的调控,揭示RyR2对早期心肌细胞分化发育和功能调控的作用。
