In this project, we designed and synthesized several organic ligands with imidazole, pyridine and carboxyl groups. Assembly reactions of these ligands with metal salts of Cu(I), Cu(II), Ag(I), Mn(II), Zn(II), Cd(II) and Pb(II) generated 1D, 2D polycatenanes. The results revealed that the structure of ligands, coordination geometric need of metal ions have great influence on the formation of the catenanes. The structures and functions of the complexes were studied by x-ray crystallography, ES-MS, NMR, electrochemistry and photoluminescent spectroscopy. The work provides elements for further research of molecular devices. We also studied the assembly reactions of novel tripodal ligands with Ag(I), Mn(II), Cu(II), Zn(II) and Cd(II) salts and the anion exchange reactions of cage and layered compounds. There are 24 SCI research papers, which have been cited more than 130 times.
本项目将设计并合成含半胱氨酸和组氨酸的肽链配体及含硫含氮新型有机配体及其Cu(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)等过渡金属配合物。研究这些配合物中NH-S氢键、芳香环等非共价键性弱相互作用对配合物结构、氧化还原电位、催化反应活性等性质的影响,总结非共价键性弱相互作用在含硫含氮配合物中的作用规律。阐明其在生物体系含铜含铁金属酶金属蛋白中的作用。..
