采用一新的荧光衍生试剂,利用此荧光基团的高量子产额及其肽衍生物荧光基团的可逆性脱掉特点,建立Pmcl水平活性肽的分离制备及定量测定,为使微量肽化学研究从当前的Nmol提高到Pmol水平,提供一新方法.
