农村社区参与、企业合法性与农业创业企业成长研究

In previous studies, we found that entrepreneurial agribusiness grow up when they broke through the legitimacy dilemma of agricultural opportunities and entrepreneurial process by the corporate community involvement (CCI). The project, based on the theory of legitimacy and Continuum of Community Engagement, combined with the characteristics of Chinese rural community and Chinese agriculture, plan to study on the following problems by case study, game analysis, questionnaire and regression analysis: (1) The contents and taxonomy of entrepreneurial agribusiness’s CCI motives; how do entrepreneurial opportunities and agribusiness’s characteristics influence its motivation; (2)To identify and summarize the main participations in the rural community, their action space and game process; (3)To develop scales of rural CCI and legitimacy, to construct and test the model “CCI —— legitimacy —— growth of entrepreneurial agribusiness”; (4) The moderating effect of regulation policies, regional environment and industry characteristics and the according policy suggestions. This research will contribute to the theory of agriculture opportunity, CCI and legitimacy. It will propose and evidence the mechanism why and how agribusiness chooses CCI to elevate the level of legitimacy, and further achieve symbiosis and mutual gains.

在前期研究中我们发现突破农业创业机会和创业过程蕴含的合法性困境是农业创业企业生存和成长的前提，而企业社区参与是提升企业合法性，促进创业成长的基本路径。本项目以合法性理论和社区参与连续体研究进展为理论基础，结合中国农村和农业现实，采用案例研究、博弈分析、问卷调查和回归分析等研究方法，系统研究农业创业企业社区参与的动机、行为和作用机理，重点研究：（1）企业社区参与动机的内涵、分类和影响因素；（2）识别、归纳和求解农村社区参与的主体、行为空间、博弈过程和博弈均衡；（3）开发企业社区参与行为和合法性量表，构建农村社区参与——企业合法性——农业创业企业成长模型并实证检验；（4）管制政策、地域环境和产业特性的调节效应及政策建议。本研究将丰富农业创业的机会、合法性和农村社区的知识，阐明农业创业企业为何以及如何选择社区参与行为，提升合法性，实现与社区共生互赢的作用机理，并提供经验证据和对策建议。

本项目基于扎根于农村社区的农业创业机会和创业过程蕴含的合法性困境，提出农村企业的企业社区参与是提升其合法性水平，促进创业成长的基本路径。本项目以合法性理论和社区参与连续体研究进展为理论基础，结合中国农村和农业现实，采用案例研究、博弈分析、问卷调查和回归分析等研究方法，系统研究了农业创业企业社区参与的动机、行为和作用机理，并进行了实证研究。（1）剖析了企业社区参与动机的内涵、分类和影响因素；（2）识别和归纳农村社区参与的主体和行为；（3）开发了企业社区参与行为和合法性量表，构建农村社区参与——合法性水平——农业创业企业成长模型并进行了实证检验；（4）考察了创业者特征、当地经济发展水平和农业细分行业的产业特性等情境细分后的调节效应，提出政策建议。本研究丰富了农业创业的机会、合法性和农村社区的知识，阐明了农业创业企业为何以及如何选择其社区参与行为，提升合法性，实现与社区共生互赢的作用机理，提供了经验证据和对策建议。截止2020年12月，共出版学术专著1部（《广东农家乐创业的理论与政策研究》，中国农业出版社）、主编农业部十三五规划教材1部（《农业创业管理》，中国农业出版社），发表SSCI论文3篇（1篇一区，2篇二区，其中1篇入选ESI高被引论文），发表中文核心期刊（含CSSCI）论文21篇。除已发表论文外，10余篇论文在国内外重要学术会议报告。这些成果共获得相关奖励共8项，包括全国农经教指委优秀成果奖、全国一级学会中国管理学年会优秀论文奖等。培养博士生2名，硕士生20余名，培训农业经理人和高素质农民等1000余人次。
