In the age of innovation named ‘Internet Plus’, service of knowledge work is of the innovative value and meaning, which is reflected by a variety of resources such as IT business computing, platform, application software, data, etc in a human-oriented cognitive way. With regard to it, business service provisioning, service interaction with users, requirements-driven business interoperability in Deep Web, as well as elimination of ‘islands of information’ would play an important role. The key scientific problems of this project are threefold, i.e. how to cognize human-oriented knowledge, how to construct the knowledge-semantics structure on the side of service provisioning, and how to set up the governance and management for the business interoperability interaction between provider-consumer in order to support the requirements-driven smart service. Aiming to the scientific problems above, the project will focus on the following points: 1) research of the cognitive process and methodologies for human-oriented knowledge of service of knowledge work that is driven by the intensive data, 2)Knowledge representation depicted and organized by RGPS (Role, Goal, Process and Service) content label and its semantic based vector, 3) the structure of ontology lattice K-RGPS stimulated by the requirements on the side of business Services provisioning, 4) the governance and management mechanisms of semantic interoperability capabilities of business models for interaction between Provider and Consumer, 5) compliance analysis and verification methodologies, and 6) the related experiments and evaluations by the service system of knowledge work cognized by business processes. The project would provide a set of the common software mechanism, which is supposed to contribute for the innovative developments of services computing of knowledge work of our country in the future.
